Chicken tikka and coleslaw.

After 3 days off caused by an awful chest cold I am back blogging. So how do you cure a deep seated cold in a primal fashion? I have only one remedy that suits me… a roaring log fire and a glass or two of brandy! Seriously though, in depths of the pain, I succumbed to taking 2x500mg aspirin and I think it may have done more harm than good as afterwards, my digestive system was in as much pain as my chest… back to the brandy…
Lunch however was simply roast ham and coleslaw.
I am lucky to have a local butcher who cooks his own meat and makes his own coleslaw for the delicatessen counter. Sliced roast turkey breast and coleslaw… No dextrose, msg, nitrates etc…
